- Typical response time is 24 business hours.
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST
4. Payments
- Minimum project value starts at ₹15,000.
- Payments are split into milestones (e.g., 50% advance, 30% midway, 20% before delivery).
- Delayed payments may result in paused development or delayed delivery.
5. Ownership & Licensing
- After full payment, the client owns all design files, source code, and intellectual property delivered.
- Open-source licenses (for CMS platforms like WordPress) are respected.
6. Support & Maintenance
- Free support is offered for 15–30 days post-launch depending on the package.
- Ongoing maintenance or update requests require a separate plan or quote.
💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited. However, we ensure fairness and accountability.
1. Cancellation by Client
- If cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before work starts: Eligible for full refund
- If cancelled after project initiation: No refund
2. Cancellation by Company
- If we are unable to start or continue a project due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund will be issued based on completed work.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Work already delivered or partially delivered
- Client delays, non-cooperation, or change of mind
- Third-party costs (domains, plugins, software, hosting, etc.)
4. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be made in writing to billing@attariss.com
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via original payment mode

1. Third-Party Services
- We are not liable for failures or disruptions from third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms, or payment gateways.
2. Content Responsibility
- All content (text, images, videos) provided by the client must be original or licensed. We are not responsible for copyright violations caused by client-provided materials.
3. SEO & Marketing Claims
- We follow industry best practices, but we do not guarantee #1 Google rankings or specific sales/conversion metrics unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Website Security
- We implement security measures, but cannot guarantee 100% protection against cyber-attacks, malware, or phishing unless client opts for premium security plans.
🔄 Revision Policy
Included Revisions
- Basic packages: 2–3 rounds of revisions
- Advanced packages: 5–7 rounds of revisions
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Additional Revisions
- Extra revision rounds are chargeable based on complexity and time required
🔧 Service-Specific Notes
- Hosting & Domains: If purchased through us, we manage setup. If purchased independently by the client, access credentials must be provided.
- Mobile App Development: Policies for mobile apps are outlined separately in your proposal.
